Deputy Director-General Xiangchen Zhang joined the United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, and over 30 United Nations principals on the eve of the Fifth United Nations Conference on LDCs (LDC5) in Doha, Qatar, on 4 March to explore how the international community can strengthen support for least-developed countries (LDCs) over the next decade. The WTO also co-organized a session on Day 1 of the Conference exploring the challenges and opportunities for LDCs in digital trade.
