At the eighth meeting of the Working Party on the Accession of the Union of the Comoros on 19 January, WTO members called on the Government of Comoros to intensify its efforts towards concluding accession negotiations. The delegation of Comoros committed to carrying out in the coming months the necessary final legislative and technical work to complete the accession process by the WTO’s 13th Ministerial Conference (MC13), scheduled to take place in February 2024 in Abu Dhabi.
