Dubai’s renowned free zone community, IFZA, has unveiled its latest venture with the inauguration of a German office , marking a significant step in its global expansion strategy.

The move, celebrated with a special ceremony in Frankfurt, aims to bolster the longstanding ties between the UAE and Germany while fostering business growth and investment opportunities between the two nations.

Khalfan Al Matrooshi, Deputy Head of Mission at the UAE Embassy in Berlin, emphasised the robust business relationship between Germany and the UAE, underscoring the importance of IFZA’s presence in facilitating trade relations.

IFZA’s CEO, Jochen Knecht, highlighted the strategic significance of the German office, emphasising its role in nurturing meaningful connections and driving economic cooperation. With a focus on supporting German enterprises seeking to establish themselves in Dubai, the office will serve as a hub for fostering partnerships and sharing investment insights.

The expansion aligns with IFZA’s mission to leverage Dubai’s strategic location and world-class infrastructure to attract international investors. With successful offices already established in Spain, Switzerland, and China, IFZA’s global network continues to expand, with plans for additional offices in Austria, the UK, India, Africa, and Latin America.
