The WTO Chair in Cameroon based at the Institute of International Relations (IRIC), University of Yaoundé II, organized a conference on 13-15 December that focused on trade policies and sustainable and inclusive development in Central Africa. The event brought together academics and policymakers in the region to exchange views on the implications, benefits, challenges and opportunities at hand for sustainable development, in particular through the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
