Founded in 2021 as part of the JS Group’s diversification strategy to attract Gen Z and Millennials, Zindigi has grown under its strong leadership from day one. He built the platform on an entirely in-house technology stack designed to support rapid service rollout while delivering an exceptional customer experience. With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services sector, he is recognized for making bold, high-impact decisions that drive rapid growth and create exponential value. His leadership has shaped major digital transformation initiatives, public-sector digitization efforts, and innovative solutions addressing complex challenges such as financial inclusion. His entrepreneurial mindset also led to the establishment of the Zindigi Prize, a national program supporting startup founders in bringing their ideas to life.

Before launching Zindigi, he held senior roles across leading financial institutions, successfully delivering nationwide programs in branchless banking, mobile wallets, and fintech partnerships. His expertise lies in crafting innovative products for underserved segments, pushing financial inclusion forward across Pakistan. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, he is a frequent speaker at major national and international forums. His contributions to digital payments, emerging technology, and customer-centric innovation have earned him multiple honours, including Digital Leader of the Year, recognition as a Top 25 Fintech Influencer in 2024, a Business Excellence Award by President Dr Arif Alvi, and a place among the Top 50 Under 50 CEOs at the Commonwealth Awards & Partnership Summit 2025.
