Golden Visa in Argentina

Argentina is a South American country with the third largest economy in Latin America. It is known for its Andes mountains, glacial lakes, and football. Argentina is a developing country with abundant natural resources and an emerging market. Manufacturing, tourism, services, and the energy sector produce the majority of industrial output. An investor visa may be issued to a foreign individual who plans to invest in any authorized business in Argentina for a minimum of ARS1,500,000 (Argentine pesos) in a productive, commercial, or service activity.

The visa can be renewed for up to three years. The resident can then apply for permanent residency. The resident will be eligible for citizenship after two years of permanent stay. You must present an investment project in a productive, commercial, or service-oriented business prior to applying. You must also demonstrate your financial status, as well as the origin and legality of the funds, as well as their entry into the country through banking or financial institutions allowed by the Argentine Republic's Central Bank (BCRA).

Following receipt of your investment plan, Argentina's Ministry of Industry and Tourism will review it and decide whether or not to accept it based on the nature of the investment, legal viability, and economic-financial sustainability. Investment Conditions

Foreign citizens who intend to invest in Argentina for at least $ 1,500,000 (pesos) in any lawful activity related to production, trade, or services may apply for this type of visa for a term of one year.

• The applicant must present to the consular office a project of productive investment, commercial activity, or service in Argentina worth at least A MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ARGENTINE PESOS ($ 1,500,000), with proof of the funds' origin and legality, as well as their entry into Argentina through banks authorized by the Central Bank of Argentina. The presentation must be translated if it is in English.

• After that, the Consulate General will transmit the project presentation to Argentina's National Directorate of Migration for evaluation (DNM).

• Finally, the DNM will inform the Consulate General of the Ministry of Production's approval of the investment project.
